Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) Modeler

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other closely related field.\n
• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering, science, or mathematics.\n
• Strong Systems Engineering Foundation: A solid understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies, particularly Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).\n
• Familiarity with Cameo.\n
• Familiarity with AFSIM/NGTS/ArcGIS.\n
• System Modelling Language (SySML) 2.0, or similar compatible Design Innovation Environment (DIE) tool.\n
• Background knowledge or experience primarily in INDOPACOM, but also EUCOM and CENTCOM AORs.\n
• Must have strong written communication skills, possess good people skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail and have the desire to work on a highly focused technical team of engineers, analysts, and scientists.\n

The Dayton division is currently searching for a Model Based System Engineer (MBSE) Modeler (ES3) to join our team in Largo, FL On a daily basis, the candidate will be providing engineering model support for scenario-based campaign planning. This involves using System Modeling Language (SysML) 2.0 or a similar Design Innovation Environment (DIE) tool to create models of specific regional scenarios over various timeframes, collaborating closely with all-source analysts, other contractors, and various NASIC Squadrons. As you build these models, you'll also be responsible for documenting the creation process step-by-step, all while adhering to an agreed-upon delivery timeline for the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) model. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a technical team and have effective oral and written communication skills. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.\n \n Most of the work supports the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community. • Development of baseline threat models derived from flight internal foundational force employment intelligence.\n

• Add behavior model to physics-based model.\n
