- Lead end-to-end migration from Snowflake to Azure Fabric, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Design scalable and secure data architectures aligned with business requirements
- Define and implement migration strategies, frameworks, and best practices
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning post-migration
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and pipeline issues
- Document architecture, processes, and provide knowledge transfer to teams

This role requires not only technical expertise but also strategic implementation skills to ensure a seamless migration. As a key contributor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our data architecture, leveraging your proficiency in Snowflake and Azure Data Lake., * 6-10 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture

Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake and the Azure ecosystem

Proven experience in Snowflake to Azure migration projects (must-have)

Experience with Azure services such as Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, and Fabric

Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in Python

Strong understanding of data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema)

Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development and orchestration

Expertise in performance tuning and cost optimization

Knowledge of data security, governance (RBAC), and compliance

Ability to design enterprise-scale data architectures

Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI implementations

Exposure to Azure Fabric advanced capabilities
