This is a hands-on development role, not a maintenance position. As a Cyber Solutions Developer, you'll build and ship partner-facing cybersecurity products, develop API integrations across vendor ecosystems, and create internal tools that improve how our team operates. You'll work with modern cloud infrastructure, AI-assisted development workflows, and a stack that keeps evolving. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and ship partner-facing cybersecurity products aligned to BLOKWORX's platform and business vision
- Build and maintain API integrations that connect tools across the vendor ecosystem
- Create internal automation scripts and tools that optimize business processes and save real time
- Use AI-assisted development (Claude, LLM modules) for code generation, debugging, and workflow acceleration
- Build and iterate on applications using the Retool development platform
- Deploy and manage solutions on cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with Project Managers, customers, and team members to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Write clear technical documentation, design specs, and process guides
- Stay current on the cybersecurity landscape and contribute ideas for new opportunities
- Work with vendors on product enhancements to meet evolving business and customer needs
Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Trade school?, You should have proficiency in two or more of the following disciplines: frontend, backend, full-stack, cloud, software, or database development. Key technologies include:
- Languages: Python, JavaScript, jQuery, VBScript, CSS
- Scripting: PowerShell
- Integrations: REST API development and integration
- Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure
- Platforms: Retool application development
- AI/LLM: Claude.ai, prompt engineering for code generation and debugging
- Tools: Microsoft Office, standard developer toolsets

- Collaborative and dependable - you keep commitments and keep teammates informed, Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical and business documents
- Strong reasoning skills - able to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- Effective written and verbal communication across internal teams and customer-facing stakeholders
- No certifications or licenses required
