Job description

This position plays a key role in creating Affirmative Action plans for members. Responsible for the initial data analysis, as well as working to correct data inconsistencies with the member to prepare for plan creation. Utilizes multiple tools, including Excel, to ensure data is ready for plan creation., * Reviews members previous years data if applicable and prepares the AAP data template for the kickoff meeting.

  • Participates in kickoff meetings with members to review data requirements. Provides explanations as needed and answers questions.
  • Receives data submissions and ensures all necessary fields are provided and requests resubmissions if there are errors or omissions. Drafts a resubmission email highlighting all areas of data issues that prevent plan processing.
  • Receives resubmissions and checks that corrections were made. If not, requests corrections.
  • Uploads data to Archbright's system and performs analysis including generating a list of errors.
  • Creates a spreadsheet with the errors, instructions for correction and securely sends to the member.
  • Coordinates with AAP team members and IT to resolve issues.
  • Coordinates with members until errors are resolved. Keeps the Project Coordinator informed and escalates for assistance as needed.
  • Notifies team member when data is ready for plan creation.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Additional Responsibilities:

May be assigned special Excel or other data projects, Participate in Archbright connection and communication experiences including creating and working on quarterly objectives, 1:1s with manager, weekly check-in, and team, department, and company meetings.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VLOOKUP function?, Strong data skills including expert level Excel skills Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Proficiency in working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to hold oneself and others accountable to expectations and due dates.High tolerance for change, with an openness to organizational change, continuous improvement, and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to provide regular and consistent attendance., Required: Minimum 2 years of office experience with expert level skills in Excel. Must be proficient in V-lookup and other Excel functions Preferred: Human Resources experience preferred. Preferred: Affirmative Action Plan, (AAP) experience preferred.
