Hotel IT Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality and lifestyle brand currently expanding across Europe. This role is ideal for a hands-on and strategic IT professional who enjoys working across multiple departments and driving technology improvements in a fast-paced environment.

As IT Manager, you will oversee the company's technology ecosystem across multiple properties, including hardware, software, PMS, POS, reporting tools, integrations, and infrastructure. You'll also support upcoming hotel openings and work closely with external IT and software partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise IT systems across all properties
• Manage PMS, POS, reporting tools, and software integrations
• Support technology setup for new hotel openings
• Drive automation, reporting, and data management initiatives using Power BI
• Coordinate with external IT and software partners
• Troubleshoot system and operational issues across departments
• Support long-term technology and infrastructure strategy

Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Experience in IT operations, hospitality technology, or digital infrastructure

• Strong understanding of PMS, POS, reporting tools, and integrations
• Experience with Power BI and data reporting preferred
• Hospitality or multi-site experience is a plus
• Solution-oriented, hands-on, and proactive mindset
• Fluent English required; Dutch and/or French preferred, German is a plus
