Salesforce Developer

Hiring a medior Salesforce developer to ensure continuity and maintenance including minor adjustments of Client Connect. Client Connect is the Service Cloud solution built for the contact center of the Client

Context

• Client Connect is built within the Salesforce Service Cloud, is now integrated with AnyWhere365, makes limited use of APEX, has tight integration with various Client REST services.

• Client Connect was founded in 2023 as the single point of contact for Client customers and handles around 50,000 questions per year, of which about 50% are telephones, 50% are emails and the remainder are contact forms or postal items.

• It integrates very strongly with Client's identification database for setting up all Contacts and Accounts. It integrates tightly with Client's Document Management System for storing all documents and the finished cases

• Client Connect is highly Case centric.

• The developments within this project are taking place in close contact with the Client product owner of Salesforce. This translates all internal needs into bugs, maintenance tasks and larger change requests. In principle, all contact goes through this product owner, smooth and open communication is important in this.

• Be able to perform demonstrable experience (min 1 year) in programming assignments very smoothly: coding, testing and debugging-Must Have(Intermediate 1 years)
• Proven experience (min 1 year) with development and configuration within Salesforce Service cloud-Must Have(Intermediate 1 years)
• Demonstrable experience in development of the based applications-Must Have(Intermediate 3 years)
