Job description
As a temporary addition to our team, you won't just own one slice of the pie-you'll be the versatile "engine" supporting the entire digital holiday journey. Your focus will be on high-impact execution and bringing defined initiatives to life.
- Support & Execute : Drive diverse product initiatives across the entire user journey on Web & App, from initial holiday inspiration and booking to the digital experience on-site at our resorts
- Solution Discovery & Delivery : Act as a high-impact executor. Working closely with the team, you will focus on identifying the most effective solutions for identified opportunities and bringing them to life through efficient, high-quality delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner seamlessly with UX, Research, Engineering, and fellow Product Managers to refine user experiences and maintain a steady rhythm of agile delivery.
- Operational Alignment : Bridge the gap between digital development and physical reality by collaborating with Resort Operations and Customer Care to ensure solutions are practical, guest-centric, and ready for rollout.
- Performance Monitoring : Proactively monitor the performance of implemented optimizations & features, using data-driven insights to iterate quickly and optimize guest satisfaction.
- Release Management : Execute and champion our communication and release strategies to ensure every product launch is smooth, well-coordinated, and impactful.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, To fulfill our mission, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on team player to temporarily join our product team! If this sounds like you, then apply as a, * Experience: 2-5 years of experience in crafting digital experiences; previous product management experience is desired.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or similar in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology).
- Strong Executor: You are action-oriented and excel at the "delivery" phase of the product lifecycle.
- Analytical Mindset: Well-structured business acumen combined with high curiosity for solving customer problems through effective solutions.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to inspire a cross-functional team, even in a temporary capacity.
- Language: Business fluency in English and German (writing and speaking).
