This role focuses on leading engineering teams, optimizing software development processes, and driving scalable automation and digital transformation initiatives across advanced technology environments., * Software Engineering Leadership: Oversee software development operations, engineering workflows, and enterprise application delivery

• Automation Solutions Management: Lead development of automation systems, workflow optimization platforms, and scalable digital solutions
• Technology Strategy Development: Define engineering roadmaps, software architecture strategies, and technical innovation initiatives
• Product Development Oversight: Manage full software development lifecycle processes including planning, deployment, testing, and optimization
• Agile & DevOps Operations: Implement agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices
• System Scalability & Security: Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance software infrastructure and automation systems
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track engineering KPIs, software quality metrics, deployment efficiency, and operational benchmarks
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product teams, infrastructure specialists, UI/UX designers, and executive stakeholders
• Team Leadership: Lead software engineers, DevOps specialists, automation developers, QA engineers, and technical project managers

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Experience: Senior-level experience in software engineering management, enterprise software development, or automation technology leadership

• Skills: Strong technical leadership, software architecture expertise, and engineering operations management capabilities
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
