Be an early applicant, * Du entwickelst und betreibst die Modern-Workplace-Umgebung mit Endgeräten, Software und Microsoft 365.
In dieser Rolle planst, koordinierst und realisierst du Software- und OS-Rollouts mit Microsoft Intune.
Du verantwortest das Lifecycle-Management von Hard- und Software inklusive Evaluation, Rollout und Ersatz.
Als Fachkraft IT-Infrastruktur und Systeme automatisierst du Abläufe mit PowerShell und Power Automate.
Du stellst durch Dokumentation und Knowledge-Base-Einträge das Support-Know-how im Team sicher.
In dieser Rolle analysierst und behebst du komplexe Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support nachhaltig und begleitest Infrastruktur- und IT-Projekte.

Abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung (Plattformentwicklung) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows 11 sowie in Microsoft Cloud Services (Intune, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
Fundiertes Know-how in Infrastruktur-Services wie Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NTP und Exchange
Praxis im Microsoft-Umfeld (Client, Server, Anwendungen) sowie Erfahrung im Scripting, idealerweise mit PowerShell
Gute Netzwerkgrundlagen sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen (ca. 5 %)
