• Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
• Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen und Support im Tagesgeschäft
• Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
• Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Lösungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen

• (Fach-)Hochschulreife oder einen guten Realschulabschluss
