Booksy is migrating its marketing automation ecosystem from Iterable to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next. As part of this transformation, we are looking for a MarTech Platform Specialist to support the day-to-day operation, configuration, and optimisation of the platform across multiple markets.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on marketing automation experience who enjoys platform administration, campaign operations, journey configuration, and problem solving within a fast-paced Martech environment.
You will work closely with the Martech Lead, CRM teams, campaign stakeholders, and technical teams to help ensure Marketing Cloud Next is configured correctly, campaigns run smoothly, and operational processes scale effectively as the platform evolves.
This is a hands-on operational role with strong growth potential within the Salesforce and Martech ecosystem.
Responsibilities:

Platform Administration & Support

Support the day-to-day administration of Marketing Cloud Next across multiple Business Units

Assist with user setup, permissions, access management, and platform configuration

Maintain platform standards, naming conventions, and documentation
Journey & Campaign Operations
- Support the configuration, QA, and deployment of customer journeys and automated campaigns
- Assist with audience segmentation, data mapping, and campaign validation
- Work closely with campaign teams to ensure journeys are configured accurately and operate as expected
Data & Audience Operations
- Support audience activation workflows between Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next
- Validate customer data used within campaigns and personalisation activities
- Identify and escalate data quality or operational issues impacting campaign performance
Migration Support
- Support the ongoing migration from Iterable to Marketing Cloud Next
- Assist with testing, journey validation, and operational readiness activities during migration phases
- Help maintain documentation and support UAT activities across rollout waves
Operational Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor campaign workflows, automations, and platform activity
- Support troubleshooting of platform and campaign issues
- Escalate technical issues and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve them
Documentation & Enablement
- Maintain platform documentation, process guides, and operational runbooks
- Support training and enablement for marketing users across the business
- Act as a point of contact for day-to-day platform support queries
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement or Next preferred)
- Experience building or supporting customer journeys and campaign workflows
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and marketing automation platforms
- Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of CRM and customer data concepts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
