Job description

Application Operations & Architecture

  • Lead application operations, ensuring support, maintenance, and lifecycle management
  • Manage internal teams (application, business analysts) and external vendors
  • Define and monitor KPIs/SLAs, budgets, and resource planning
  • Oversee application architecture, data flows, and standardization
  • Contribute to IT strategy and project intake as domain owner

Data, BI & Innovation

  • Lead Data Governance and BI activities (data flows, reporting, data quality)
  • Ensure reliable BI operations and user support
  • Drive innovation and AI initiatives, promoting new technologies and best practices

People Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop IT teams
  • Plan workloads, monitor performance, and support career development

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with IT, data privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR, NIS2)
  • Promote best practices in quality, security, and ethics

Requirements

  • Higher vocational education (specializing in informatics) and 10 years work experience
  • GMP guidelines (PICs, GAMP) and quality policies
  • Understand PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SSAE 16/ISAE 3402/SOC 1, or SOC 2 standards
  • Experience with compliance and/or control frameworks and standards, e.g. 21 CFR Part11, GAMP5, GxP and PICS
  • RGPD, NIS2
  • Strong Knowledge in ERP platforms
  • Knowledge on cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
  • Knowledge on SDLC, waterfall concept
  • Knowledge in pharma constraints (CSV, …)
  • Excellent English (another language is an advantage)
