Job description

Design and deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AWS-based solutions that support NAVONMESH LTD's sovereign AI and regulated-industry client programmes., Lead cloud migration and transformation projects from legacy systems to AWS.

  • Define and implement cloud governance, security, and compliance strategies.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across project teams and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

  • Optimise AWS services for cost, performance, and scalability.

  • Conduct architecture reviews and cloud readiness assessments for clients.

  • Develop solution documentation, reference architectures, and operational runbooks.

  • Stay current with AWS services, features, and industry trends.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (required).

  • Proven experience architecting enterprise AWS platforms in production environments.

  • Strong knowledge of core AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, and networking/security controls.

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.

  • Experience implementing CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

  • Strong understanding of cloud security, resilience, governance, and compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and solution documentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across architecture, engineering, and business teams.

  • UK-based and eligible to work in the UK.
