Global Capex Lead

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Global Capex Lead based in Glasgow. You'll own the design, deployment and continuous improvement of Capex & Disposal processes, policies and systems at Group level, ensuring consistent adoption and strong governance.

What you'll do as Global Capex Lead:

• Own and enhance the end-to-end Group Capex workflow and system requirements, driving continuous improvement and adoption of the Capex App
• Lead the design and standardisation of global disposal processes and policy frameworks, ensuring structured lifecycle management across regions
• Develop, implement and embed Capex & Disposal policies into practical workflows, templates and systems
• Establish and run governance frameworks to ensure compliance, transparency and auditability of Capex and Disposal activities
• Enable robust planning and delivery visibility through system-based tracking, forecasting capability and standardised reporting
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Fleet, Finance, Procurement, Operations and IT, acting as the central point of coordination
• Lead global rollout of process, policy and system improvements, ensuring consistent adoption and execution standards
• Proactively identify risks and gaps, driving continuous improvement and early intervention

Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Experienced in process design and continuous improvement, with a strong ability to simplify and standardise workflows

• Skilled in working with and enhancing systems (ERP, workflow tools, Power BI or similar)
• A strong stakeholder manager, confident working across regions and multiple business functions
• Able to translate business needs into practical system and workflow solutions
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and disciplined in execution
• Familiar with Capex, asset lifecycle or operational processes (advantageous)
