Manager, Business Analysis, Enterprise Technology Agility (ETA), Technology Strategy and Transformation

• Requirements and user story elicitation - working with Deloitte and client teams to clarify their desired outcomes
• Writing acceptance criteria
• Product Ownership and Management
• Process modelling
• Working in agile delivery teams, adopting agile practices and contributing to agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, etc.)
• Working within diverse teams to create an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution to collective goals
• Being open to new experiences!

Our ideal candidate would have a Business Analysis background and experience in technology projects. This experience could be consulting or working within the public sector or private sector. You will work as part of a team of technology specialists who will see you as a growing expert in delivering creative solutions to solving our clients' problems.

Do you have experience in Business analysis?, * Experience working on and/or delivering technology transformation projects

• Business Analysis experience within a project delivery environment, with a strong understanding of how business analysis can deliver value to an organisation
• Knowledge of how to test against the requirements and provide confidence in the outputs
• Experience with successfully managing risk and scope in challenging environments
• Ability to understand, interpret, present and challenge technical and/or complex information to colleagues at all levels of the firm
• Comfort and fluency in technology concepts
• Experience of developing & maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders with the ability to challenge & influence where required
• Successfully working in teams and being a supportive and collaborative team member

Desirables:

• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
