*This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer looking to move further into AI and work on modern enterprise AI solutions within a growing and forward-thinking technology business. The Opportunity This is a hands-on AI Engineering role suited to someone at mid to senior level in their career who is looking for genuine room for progression, personal development and long-term growth. You will work on real-world enterprise AI solutions while helping shape the future direction of AI within the business. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with technical leadership and become a key part of a growing AI function. What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and developing AI and LLM-based solutions
- Building AI Agents and RAG-based applications
- Integrating AI capabilities into existing systems via APIs
- Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders
- Supporting AI best practices, scalability and governance
- Helping shape standards and processes within the AI capability
Requirements
- Strong Software Development background with 3+ years commercial experience
- Open to candidates from any technical stack
- .NET/C# experience would be a strong advantage
- Strong API and integration development experience
- Minimum 1 year commercial experience working with Azure Foundry
- Commercial experience building AI/LLM-based solutions - at least one year
