Providing insight and supporting business decision-making through the analysis and presentation of data and information, including assessing company needs and reporting on industry trends, providing business critical intelligence that is timely, accurate and underpins the business's strategic and operational decision making.

- Proven skills to analyse, interpret, forecast and present performance information and data
- Experience of using performance tools such as power query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Tableau or SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including proven ability to deliver small-scale projects and contribute the development of bigger projects
- Proven track record and experience of implementing performance process improvement and the ability to lead and influence teams.
- Experience in delivering change management programmes, * Demonstrable strong data literacy skills, with the ability to confidently interpret, analyse, and communicate data to support effective decision making.
- Experience of using performance tools such as power query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Tableau or SharePoint is essential
- Proven skills to analyse, interpret, forecast and present performance information and data
Licence/Certification:
- CURRENT travel method to Bodmin PL31 2FR for an interview (required)
- CURRENT way to commute regularly to Bodmin PL31 2FR (required)
- Degree in Data Science/related field/equivalent experience (required)
- Experience presenting and managing performance data. (required)

- Company pension, Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least 2 day/s per week.
