Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in membership services, fundraising, or nonprofit development, with a strong track record of successful grant proposal writing and event planning.
- Proficiency in CRM software and donor databases; experience with email marketing campaigns.
- Strong skills in digital marketing strategies including social media management, and email marketing tools.
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively using databases and research methods to inform decision-making processes.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders including donors, volunteers, university partners, and community organizations.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
- Event planning experience.
