Job description
We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager with demonstrated experience leading enterprise governance, compliance, and risk-related initiatives within complex IT environments.
This role will drive the remediation of the current security attestation backlog and lead process design and operational improvements for the Technology Assessment Process (TAP). The selected candidate will coordinate across Security, Portfolio Planning & Governance (PPG), Procurement, IT teams, research stakeholders, and executive leadership to implement structured, sustainable, and auditable workflows.

Requirements
8+ years leading complex enterprise IT or governance-related initiatives

Demonstrated experience managing risk, compliance, security, or audit-related programs

Experience reducing operational backlogs through structured remediation planning

Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and workflow standardization

Experience managing cross-functional dependencies across Security, Procurement, and IT teams

Proven ability to implement structured SLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards

Experience developing integrated project plans, RAID logs, and executive reporting

Strong executive communication and facilitation skills

Proven ability to drive accountability across matrixed teams

Demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating enterprise delivery risks
