Job description
As a field-based Salesforce (SFDC) Process and Implementation Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison between the corporate SFDC team and your assigned Division. Your mission is to drive platform adoption across desktop and mobile by providing localized, tailored training that supplements corporate programs. By partnering with field sellers and leadership, you will ensure data integrity and eliminate fragmented reporting. Additionally, you will champion campaigns, national rollouts, provide critical feedback for system enhancements, and help standardize processes to enable accurate volume forecasting, asset management, and drive business strategy., * Understand the Business & Salesforce: Act as the subject matter expert, deeply understanding our business processes, go-to-market strategy, and the full capabilities of the Salesforce platforms

Data Integrity: Leveraging data analysis to improve data quality, close the loop with the field team and define best practices.

User Training & Development: Deliver comprehensive user training (onboarding, ongoing, and feature-specific) for all user roles

User Adoption: Monitor Salesforce utilization and user feedback to identify pain points and training gaps to tailor content to specific user roles and business processes

Seller Coaching: Ride along with the sellers to ensure/enhance mobile adoption, include direct observation and enforcement of opportunity creation practices at the point of entry.

Leader Motivation & Coaching: Partner with sales leadership to motivate sellers and reinforce training through coaching, performance data analysis, and KPI adoption.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, National, and Marketing to ensure all technology and enablement initiatives are fully aligned with the overarching sales strategy and business objectives.

Drive Sales Growth: Support key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Salesforce adoption and sales effectiveness, translating data insights into actionable programs that drive sales growth.

Sales Enablement Material: Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement content, including playbooks, process guides, talk tracks, and battlecards, ensuring alignment with sales methodologies and business objectives.

Continuous Learning: A strong commitment to continuous learning and interest in understanding the core functionality and strategic value of the Salesforce platform, including its features, new releases, and overall roadmap.

Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-the-spot support to users, troubleshooting issues and helping them navigate the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience. Associate's Degree preferred with a study in either Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with a strong focus on CRM systems.
- A proven track record of utilization of SFDC in a selling role.
- 1-2 years experience with Salesforce, * Bachelor's degree
