Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Data Scientist to join the Enterprise Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and data storytelling to uncover insights that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams-including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership-to identify opportunities, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decisions., * Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large, complex datasets

  • Design and execute experiments, build predictive models, and solve business problems using data
  • Analyze customer, product, and digital channel data to drive optimization and growth
  • Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner
  • Research and implement cutting-edge AI/ML techniques and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment across project lifecycles
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through dashboards, reporting, and visualization tools

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field OR Bachelor's degree with:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in data science or analytics

Strong proficiency in SQL and large-scale databases (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, DB2, Hadoop, etc.)

Experience with Python, R, SAS, or similar programming languages

Solid understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling, * Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Spark)

  • Knowledge of cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker)
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data analysis
  • Familiarity with big data tools and scalable data pipelines
  • Experience in financial services or banking domain
  • Exposure to tools like Streamlit for data applications

Technical Skills

Must-Have:

  • Advanced SQL and database expertise

  • Experience working with large-scale data systems and analytics platforms

  • Strong background in statistics and data modelingNice-to-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Python/R/Spark

  • AWS SageMaker or other cloud ML tools

  • Data visualization and application frameworks
