Manager, Information Consumption

The Information Consumption team enables end-users and applications to access curated data through cleanrooms, query tools, BI platforms, notebooks, and global federated data management to support analytics and decision-making.

As a Manager in Information Consumption, you will lead a team of engineers focused on building scalable data solutions that democratize access to trusted data assets. You will partner with product, analytics, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-performance data services., * Drive the roadmap for data consumption platforms aligned with enterprise strategy.

• Define and implement patterns for federated data access, query optimization, secure data sharing, and cloud migration.
• Oversee development of APIs, query engines, and BI tool integrations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Data Infrastructure, Products, and BI.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and optimization of BI services.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Basic Qualifications * 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications * 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD * Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Data Engineering, or related field. * 6+ years in data engineering with 3+ years in leadership roles. * Expertise in distributed data systems, SQL, Python. * Experience with Cloud BI Platforms, Tableau, PowerBi, Looker, Databricks, dbt. * Experience working to uplift and mature BI product capabilities, policies definition, controls and frameworks * Excellent problem-solving skills with track record in synthesizing complex information to produce impactful management information and support informed decision making. * Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and sustain relationships across levels and role types influences and collaborates with all levels, functions and geographies * Superior communication and problem-solving skills with a passion to get things done, learn and inspire peers and business partners to uplift skills and capabilities leadership and communication skills.

The estimated salary range for this positionis $146,200.00 to $ 233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
