Product Owner II

Analyze and break down market problems into prioritized, deliverable stories.

• Manage multiple features at once and ensure work gets delivered in prioritized order.

• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

• Work closely with development teams to deliver stories that add to customer value at a regular cadence.

• Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment).

• Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.

Understanding the product management process and scope of work.

• Solutioning with Tech teams Agile - understood what is needed for stories.

• Production support.

• Problem framing.

• Documentation

• Jira/Confluence

• Figma

• PowerPoint

• Communication through all levels of the team., Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

• Drive through discovery, design, and execution Problem solving Partner tech and drive the solution.

• Find a solution to work with all different teams.

• Business Acumen Demonstrated ability to dive in frame the problem and solve.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience
