Job description
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Desktop Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for a variety of end-user devices, ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable operation of workplace technology. You will work independently on moderately complex incidents and service requests while delivering excellent customer service to internal clients., * Provide onsite and/or remote technical support for PCs, laptops, mobile phones, and peripheral devices.
- Support standard operating systems and commonly used business applications.
- Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests according to established procedures.
- Apply intermediate-level subject matter knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- Perform device disposal services in accordance with company policy and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, activities, and resolutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or desktop support environment.
- Strong working knowledge of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and assorted peripherals.
- Strong client-facing soft skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Willingness and capability to perform asset disposal services.
- Understanding of standard business software, productivity suites, and operating systems.
- Proven ability to problem-solve in moderately complex technical situations.
- Ability to work independently and use good judgment within established guidelines.
