Job description
Seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant to provide staff augmentation support for enterprise technology initiatives focused on identity management, enterprise collaboration, cloud security, CRM systems, and user account governance. This role will advise stakeholders on technology solutions, enterprise system optimization, and modernization strategies while supporting secure and scalable IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SharePoint, Okta, Salesforce, and Dynamics CRM 365, along with expertise in enterprise user account security and access management processes. Position is primarily remote; however, candidates must be available for onsite work as needed at: Rhodes Office Tower 18th Floor, 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical advisor supporting Salesforce adoption and enterprise delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable technology solutions.
- Support enterprise identity and access management initiatives using Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Okta.
- Administer and enhance SharePoint collaboration and document management solutions.
- Support Salesforce and Dynamics CRM 365 customization, integrations, and enterprise data management activities.
- Manage IT user account security processes including provisioning, deactivation, audit readiness, compliance tracking, and access governance.
- Evaluate enterprise integration strategies, operational impacts, and modernization opportunities.
- Advise leadership on technology risks, security considerations, and strategic IT decisions.
- Support IT security audits, compliance reviews, and enterprise governance initiatives.
