Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Support Technician or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across Windows client and server systems
- Expertise in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications (OneDrive, Office, SharePoint)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Intune, Virtual Machines, Backups, Azure Active Directory)
- Proficiency with firewalls such as Barracuda and SonicWall
- Ability to perform onsite hardware tasks: server setup, backup appliances, firewalls, switches
- Knowledge of legal software solutions (Juris, NetDocuments, Worldox)
- SQL instance and database troubleshooting
- Active Directory administration
- VPN client troubleshooting (Barracuda, NetExtender, Cato VPN)
- Softphone and Mitel software support
- Automation of routine tasks for efficiency
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Server and network installation/management
- Familiarity with internet security and data privacy principles
- Previous experience working in legal or law firm environments
- Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant technical support experience
- Cloud management and migration experience highly favored
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the Akron area; travel with company vehicle preferred (reimbursement for personal vehicle use available)
- On-site presence required for hardware installations, troubleshooting, and client support
- Flexible Monday through Friday schedule; casual dress code with company logo shirts provided
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
