Job description
As an IT Project Manager at NorthStar, you will play a vital role in delivering solutions that support our business, employees, and the families we serve:
- Drive project success: Lead IT initiatives from concept through deployment using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Enable Agile excellence: Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives while continuously improving team performance
- Bridge business & technology: Partner closely with stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Deliver with quality: Ensure systems, data integrity, and deliverables meet high operational standards
- Manage vendors & resources: Coordinate across internal teams and third-party partners to achieve project goals
- Proactively solve challenges: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and outcomes
- Communicate with impact: Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership on project health and outcomes
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT?, * Proven experience managing IT projects in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, project governance, and delivery frameworks
- Ability to build trust and influence cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Experience delivering complex IT projects (e.g., enterprise platforms, infrastructure, or service management systems like ServiceNow preferred)
