Job description
- Help Desk Support I professional supporting IT operations and customer service functions., * Answer Help Desk calls and create trouble tickets
- Provide technical support for PC, network, and desktop issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues remotely
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams
- Monitor Help Desk email, voicemail, and service requests
- Maintain asset management and incident tracking systems
Requirements
Do you have experience in Remote access software?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate's degree in Computer Science or higher degree required
- 2+ years of Help Desk, PC support, networking, or computer operations experience, * The ideal candidate will have experience with PC support, networking, help desk operations, and incident management in a fast-paced environment., * 2+ years of Help Desk, PC support, networking, or computer operations experience
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
