Job description
Buchanan & Edwards is seeking an IT Administrator Specialist for the Corporate Office and about 400 onsite and remote users. You'll be responsible for an IT service desk, Desktop and Laptop Management, Identity Services (Azure Entra ID), administration of multiple Microsoft 365 tenants via the Admin Center and Powershell, M365 email and other services (e.g., Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Office), Employee Portal, and network operations and maintenance for the office. The office has a small network that includes a gateway, firewall, and wireless access points. You will also support the operation of a small set of Power Platform apps and reports and assist with services that use the network, including office printers, video conference devices, and security cameras. Knowledge, skill, and experience with similar IT services and technologies are required. The position allows for some remote work but requires onsite work during business hours when the office is most occupied-typically, Tuesday through Thursday-or when special scheduled events take place.
You will have the opportunity to grow in this position, take on special IT-related projects, refresh and improve the IT technologies and services, work with a small Corporate team, and have direct interactions with senior staff and executives as well as end users.
If you have skills or familiarity with any of the following, that's helpful but you will also have the opportunity to learn them: Fortinet, Druva, Azure services, PowerBI and other workloads contained in the M365 suite.
