Responsibilities: Track all trouble tickets Document resolution with well written communication Respond to customer requests in a timely manner while keeping our SLA's. Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software Monitor network nodes, Backup systems, Anti-virus and other relevant systems Knowledge / Experience: Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 Professional, Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, 2019 Microsoft Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 Microsoft Active Directory, Group policy (are a plus) Microsoft Exchange, File Server, Print Server (are a huge plus)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Intermediate Level Windows Systems Technician Compensation: Based on Skill Set and Knowledge.
