Production Support Engineer (L2 Support)

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with strong L2 support experience to manage application monitoring, incident resolution, and production stability. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands, log monitoring, basic scripting, and support operations in a fast-paced production environment., * Monitor production applications and ensure system stability

• Analyze logs and troubleshoot production incidents
• Provide L2 support and resolve issues within SLA timelines
• Perform basic scripting and automation tasks
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
• Monitor alerts using tools like DataDog and take proactive actions
• Support deployment validation and post-release monitoring

Do you have experience in UNIX?, * Strong experience in L2 Production Support processes

• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux commands
• Hands-on experience with shell scripting
• Experience in monitoring application and system logs
• Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog
• Ability to understand existing SQL queries and write simple SQL queries
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Nice to Have

• AWS cloud exposure or basic AWS knowledge, Preferred Experience
• 3+ years of experience in Production Support / Application Support
• Experience working in enterprise support environments
