Job description

This role supports the Global IT CRM team, focused on maintaining and enhancing Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) as part of ongoing CRM modernization initiatives. The environment is dynamic, with an emphasis on platform stability, user support, and incremental system improvements. This is a backfill for a 3-year contractor who grew within the team, offering strong opportunity for growth and long-term conversion.

  • Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud environments
  • Manage day-to-day configuration, user support, and troubleshooting
  • Build and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and data quality processes
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
  • Support integrations with ERP/SAP and other enterprise systems
  • Drive CRM optimization and small enhancement initiatives
  • Maintain documentation and ensure global process alignment
  • Provide Tier 1-2 production support and issue resolution

  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or packaging industries
  • Familiarity with AI/automation within Salesforce ecosystem
  • Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, HTML, or Visualforce
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
  • Agile environment experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data modeling best practices
  • Background in IT support or CRM support roles
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
