Job description

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for office and warehouse operations, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and assisting with system implementation and security practices.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, organized, responsive, and able to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for office and warehouse employees
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, scanner, Wi-Fi, and network issues
  • Maintain computers, mobile devices, cameras, and user accounts
  • Support warehouse technology, including labeling systems, scanners, and operational devices
  • Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers
  • Assist with cybersecurity, access control, backups, and IT best practices
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and SOPs
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding setup for employees
  • Support Microsoft 365, email systems, file sharing, VPN, and remote access tools
  • Assist with ERP/WMS system implementation and integration projects
  • Monitor and maintain system reliability and uptime
  • Help improve overall IT processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of IT support experience required
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Experience with Windows environment, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic cybersecurity practices
  • Experience supporting warehouse or operational environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, cameras, or inventory systems is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to operational issues
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus
