Principal Systems Analyst- Dallas, TX

Do you have experience in SQL?, We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Systems Analyst who would love to work in a challenging environment to support our Data transformation and modernization journey. The data infrastructure is going through significant growth, and this is an opportunity to take a contributing role in shaping our capability in this area. The candidate will be a core member of a team that will be responsible for work related to moving data to Enterprise Financial Data Lake from our existing Data Warehouse and SQL server reporting areas, and more.

• 10+ years of experience in business critical, enterprise-wide applications
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Excellent soft skills that allow you to gather the requirements from the business partners
• Able to document the requirements in a clear fashion
• Working with the squad lead, developers and with other squads and participate in design discussions
• Ability to convey the technical needs to non-technical members
• Strong data analysis skills that allow you to research and document the existing and future systems
• Excellent SQL skills are required.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) is needed; expertise is a plus
• Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
