Business IT Systems & Technical Support

• Supporting staff with day-to-day technical issues
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, phones, POS systems, and general technology issues
• Assisting with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and internal business systems
• Helping improve organization and consistency across internal workflows and systems
• Coordinating with vendors or service providers when needed
• Assisting with system setup, user access, and operational support
• Supporting website platforms, integrations, and general backend organization

Do you have experience in WordPress?, Experience with IT support, technical troubleshooting, business systems, or operational technology is strongly preferred. Helpful backgrounds may include:

• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar business systems
• POS systems or retail technology
• Website platforms such as WordPress or WooCommerce
• Hardware setup, printers, phones, WiFi, ethernet, or general network troubleshooting
• User access, licensing, or basic system administration

This position may be structured as either full-time or part-time depending on experience and availability.
