Job description
Publicis Sapient is seeking a Solution Architect with deep experience in life sciences and pharmaceutical organizations to support strategic growth within a large, global enterprise account.
This role sits at the intersection of data strategy, marketing technology, and commercial engagement. You will operate as a trusted, client-embedded partner, helping shape solution direction across audience intelligence, data integration, and activation use cases while identifying growth opportunities through technical credibility, industry expertise, and strong business acumen.
While the primary objective of this role is to enable and accelerate account growth, this role is an advisory and delivery-oriented rather than traditional sales role. Success in this role comes from trust, insight, and the ability to connect business needs to technically sound, compliant solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
-
Act as a trusted technical and business advisor within a large, global life sciences organization, with fluency across both HCP and patient/consumer engagement models.
-
Lead solution shaping across data, audience, activation, and marketing technology domains, including clean room architectures, identity resolution, and partner data integrations.
-
Translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant solution approaches that connect insights to activation and back to measurement.
-
Identify and advance new opportunities by understanding client priorities, technology landscape, and partnership ecosystem (e.g., retail media networks, data providers, platform vendors)
-
Operate independently and confidently in an on-site, client-embedded capacity.
-
Navigate seamlessly between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and detailed technical discussions with engineering and data teams.
-
Partner closely with account leadership, delivery teams, and subject matter experts across geographies
-
Ensure proposed solutions align with regulatory, privacy, and compliance considerations specific to life sciences.
-
Contribute to proposals, solution narratives, and commercial shaping-including experience with outcomes-based or value-based pricing models.
Requirements
-
Technical background with experience in data architecture, marketing technology ecosystems, or complex digital solutions
-
Demonstrated experience working within or selling into large pharmaceutical or life sciences enterprises.
-
Experience supporting account growth, solution sales, or pre-sales in a consultative capacity.
-
Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems-including audience platforms, CDPs, clean rooms (e.g., AWS Clean Rooms, Live Ramp, Epsilon, InfoSum), identity solutions, and activation channels.
-
Familiarity with HCP engagement models, CRM platforms, and omnichannel marketing orchestration
-
Experience building and enhancing client relationships and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through credibility and insight.
-
Comfort switching between strategic, commercial, and detailed technical conversations.
-
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams distributed across regions and time zones.
-
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
-
Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Preferred Experience
-
Background in management consulting, digital transformation, or systems integration - particularly with a healthcare or life sciences specialty practice
-
Experience with agentic or orchestration platforms that integrate third-party marketing technologies.
-
Exposure to outcomes-based or performance-based commercial models
-
Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
Benefits & conditions
-
Competitive compensation and benefits package.
-
Flexibility to support work-life balance.
-
Comprehensive health benefits for you and your family.
-
Generous paid leave and holidays.
