Job description
We are seeking a Baseline Configuration Manager to support submarine network modernization efforts. In this role, you will review Enterprise Change Request (ECR) packages and maintain accurate configuration records in the CMPro tool. You will also support configuration control boards, track changes through the approval and implementation process, and develop reports and briefings for key stakeholders. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Review ECR packages for technical accuracy, completeness, and potential impacts to submarine Tactical Networks, production, deployment, platform integration, and connected systems, engaging with program offices and engineering teams to resolve any gaps or inaccuracies.

Maintain up-to-date ECR status and documentation in the PMW 160 structured Configuration Management (CMPro) tool to ensure Configuration Control Boards have the information needed to assess andadjudicatechanges.

Support configuration boards by developing clear summary briefs and presenting ECRs to the PMW 160 Configuration Control Board (CCB), PEO C4I Program Technical Review Board (PTRB), and Requirements Review Board (RQRB) asrequired.

Track changes and associated documentation throughout the alteration approval and implementation process, including SARs, SAs, ECOs, SWDs, TRIDs, ECs, ECIs, and OCMODs, while providing regularschedule statusupdates.

Develop reports, briefing materials, and platform integration documentation to reflect approved baseline changes and support effective decision-making across the program.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Configuration management?, * Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Three (3) years of experiencewith Navy software and hardware configuration management processes
- Three (3)years experiencewith submarine alterationpackages processes onsubmarine platforms
- Active Secret clearancerequiredwith eligibility for Top Secret/SCI access and work in classified environments including SIPRNet and NATO systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NAVWAR softwareand hardware configurationmanagement processes
- Experience withCMPro, and JIRA
- Experience developing andmaintainingsubmarine modernization fielding plans
- Experience with NMP-MOM/MODSOP timelines andmilestones
- Experience with submarine alterationpackages processes on Ohio, Los Angeles,Virginiaand Seawolf class submarines platforms
