Requirements
Do you have experience in Team motivation (leadership skill)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 7+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or enterprise solution delivery (experience in people leadership or program management preferred); a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience operating within complex, enterprise-scale technology environments, with a strong understanding of modern application ecosystems, data platforms, integrations, and cloud-based solutions. Ability to engage technical leaders at a conceptual or architectural level and guide decision-making without being hands-on.
- Proven success leading large enterprise initiatives with multiple customers and dependencies.
- Good ability to speak technical at a conceptual or architectural level - with the confidence to engage senior technical leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrable ability to think strategically while driving practical execution.
- Team-oriented leader who inspires collaboration and innovation.
- Curious, creative, and eager to explore new technologies and ideas.

#LI-HYBRID Pay Range:
$9,458.97 - $16,551.03
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
