Job description
We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner to drive the development of our digital retail products. As the key decision-maker for the product, you will define the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between the Product Director and the Technology team. Your role will be pivotal in delivering impactful digital commerce solutions while maintaining a user-centric and business-driven approach., * Own the product roadmap, defining priorities based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Act as the bridge between the Product Director and the Tech team, translating business objectives into clear, actionable requirements.
- Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and Business teams to drive seamless product development and delivery.
- Work hands-on with development teams in an Agile environment, ensuring the backlog is well-defined, groomed, and prioritized.
- Define and communicate product vision, KPIs, and success metrics to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making to improve the product.
- Partner with UX Research and Design to ensure product decisions are backed by user insights.
- Drive execution and continuously optimize product features based on customer feedback and analytics.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future., * 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in digital retail or e-commerce.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive product initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments, writing clear and actionable user stories.
- Strong background in business analysis (BA experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with digital commerce platforms, APIs, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Product Management (CSPO, SAFe PO, etc.) is a plus.
