SAP Test Manager (SolMan Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) 7.2, responsible for defining test strategies, managing execution, and ensuring seamless delivery across S/4HANA or ECC environments., * Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan, including Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance testing.

• SolMan Management: Utilize SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (Test Suite) for test orchestration, requirement traceability, and reporting.
• Execution Oversight: Manage a team of functional testers to ensure scripts are executed, defects are logged, and re-testing is completed on schedule.
• Defect Management: Lead defect triage meetings and ensure high-priority bugs are addressed by functional and technical teams.

• Experience: 8+ years in SAP Testing with 3+ years in a dedicated Test Lead/Manager role.
• SolMan Proficiency: Deep expertise in SolMan 7.2 Test Suite, Test Option 1 (Component Based Test Automation), and BPCA (Business Process Change Analyzer).
• Project Context: Proven track record in at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations or major upgrades.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with ALM tools; knowledge of Tricentis Tosca or Worksoft is a major plus.
