Job description

We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented IT Associate who is excited to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative environment., The IT Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day technology operations of the company and helping employees work effectively and securely across all business functions. This role combines hands-on technical support, user administration, equipment management, onboarding, and operational support for both office and streaming environments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, helping people, and working in a growing business where no two days are exactly the same., Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Create and manage user accounts for new employees across company platforms Configure computers, peripherals, and accessories based on role requirements Add employees to appropriate email groups, shared drives, Slack channels, and security groups Conduct IT orientation and basic systems training for new hires Deactivate accounts and remove access for departing employees Collect and organize returned company equipment

User Administration & Access Management Maintain user accounts, permissions, and role-based access across company systems Update access privileges when employees change responsibilities Help ensure company systems and data remain secure and properly organized

Training & Technology Enablement Support employees in the effective use of company platforms and collaboration tools Assist with organization and best practices for: Google Workspace & Google Drive Google AI tools Slack Trello 1Password Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance for daily technology usage

Workstation & Hardware Support Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support desktops, laptops, printers, office iPhones, TVs, Wi-Fi systems, and related equipment Coordinate replacements, repairs, upgrades, and equipment setup Maintain organized and standardized workstation configurations

IT Purchasing & Inventory Management Purchase technology equipment and accessories as directed Track and maintain inventory of computers, peripherals, and spare equipment Keep accurate inventory and asset records

Helpdesk Support Respond to employee IT support requests in a timely and professional manner Track issues and resolutions to ensure consistent follow-through Escalate more advanced technical issues when necessary

Streaming & Operational Technology Support Perform pre-stream technology checks for live-stream sales events Maintain standardized streaming stations, including hardware, software, and supporting files Assist with troubleshooting streaming-related technical issues

Office & Facilities Technology Support Support common-area technology systems and office infrastructure Assist with technology-related office projects and operational needs as assigned

Requirements

4+ years of IT support experience in a corporate, retail, or operational environment 1+ year of Google Workspace administration experience Familiarity with modern workplace productivity and collaboration tools Experience using commercially available AI tools Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests effectively High school diploma or equivalent Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds Preferred but Not Required IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent experience Expertise in one or more specific IT disciplines such as networking, coding, data security, cloud computing (especially Azure), or AI Experience supporting small business or fast-paced operational environments Familiarity with live streaming platforms and tools such as OBS or Elgato Interest in or exposure to rare coins, collectibles, or precious metals industries

Benefits & conditions

2299 Lombard Street compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 annually Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
