- Troubleshoot software problems across various platforms.
- Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Support network administration tasks
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure components including Windows Server environments, Active Directory, BMC Remedy ticketing system, ServiceNow workflows, Jira project management tools, and Meraki network devices.
- Conduct analysis of recurring issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions that improve overall system stability.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to monitor network security protocols including firewall rules and VPN access to safeguard sensitive legal data.
- Support remote users by troubleshooting mobile devices and remote access solutions such as VPNs and remote desktop tools.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven knowledge in providing technical support in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with network administration concepts setup, and network security measures like firewalls.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT management tools
- Ability to analyze technical issues quickly and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a legal environment where confidentiality is paramount.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
