- Lead and grow a team of 8+ engineers, ensuring clarity of purpose, healthy execution, and strong collaboration
- Maintain the team's startup mindset as we grow, excelling in fast-paced environments where priorities and objectives can shift
- Own the technical execution and delivery of major backend systems and automation platforms that power our RCM products, ensuring they scale alongside the company
- Partner closely with Product, Ops, and cross-functional teams to build backend services that solve high-value business problems, filling in gaps as necessary
- Manage project and resource prioritization, ensuring the team works on the most important work streams with the right level of urgency and technical rigor
- Uphold high standards in system design, code quality, and engineering operations, fostering a culture of reliability and ownership
- Coach and develop engineers, supporting career growth, technical excellence, and a high-performing culture, Employees will act in accordance with the organization's information security policies, to include but not limited to protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference nor execute particular security processes or activities.
