Data Entry / Shipping Technician with SAP Experience: Temporary

Our partner in Alabaster, AL is looking for a Data Entry / Shipping Technician to join their team. In this role, you will perform systematic and in-person inventory management tasks such as data entry, picking, packing, and shipping products based on order number and lot number. This company is also transitioning to SAP, so prior SAP knowledge or experience working within SAP is highly preferred. If you feel that your past experience would fit this role, please apply today!, * Facilitation of day-to-day operations supporting customer service job functions, which include but are not limited to: data entry, pick, pack and ship product based on order number and lot number, complete shipping documents, and prepare shipments

• Enter and maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and order information within company systems and SAP
• Perform systematic and in-person inventory management tasks
• Assist with inventory tracking and shipping functions within SAP as the company transitions to the new system
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the entire shipping process

Do you have experience in Data entry?, * Previous data entry experience required

• SAP knowledge or previous SAP system experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of reliability
• Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• Communicates well, is dependable, leads by example, enthusiastic, shows initiative and integrity while performing responsibilities of the position
• Exercises sound judgment and knows when to request assistance and when to make a decision
