QC Data Specialist I

In the position of QC Data Specialist, you will assist in the warehouse day to day operations of receiving shipments, preparing co-packer samples, and organize pallets, cleaning and consolidating space in the warehouse., * Maintain accurate inventory of shipments received into the Q.C. warehouse. Store shipment contents in the correct location, organize inventory, label where needed, etc. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, defects, or inconsistencies

• Accurately log and record container information into Smartsheet from the co-packers, includes dates, can/carton sizes, country of origin, etc.
• Ensure all reliable and safety-conscious working style, proper lifting techniques, and quality guidelines are followed in daily operation.
• Prepare monthly, weekly, or daily reports on production metrics and presents status updates at meetings as necessary. Maintain organized documents in Q.C. warehouse for efficiency, auditing purposes, etc.

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of

• • Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in data entry
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in warehouse environment, quality control
• Computer Skills Desired: Basic computer operating skills - Excel/Word processing and Microsoft Outlook
