Job description
As a Product Support Engineer on our team, you'll be at the forefront of keeping our aircraft interior products performing at their best in real-world operations. You'll work directly with airline customers around the globe, acting as a trusted technical partner to diagnose issues, develop practical solutions, and ensure minimal disruption to their fleets. From investigating in-service challenges to collaborating with design, manufacturing, and certification teams, you'll play a critical role in closing the loop between product development and operational performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on problem solving with customer interaction-supporting day-to-day airline operations, driving continuous product improvement, and ultimately helping keep aircraft flying safely and efficiently. What sets us apart is our close connection between engineering, production, and the field. You won't be removed from the impact of your work-you'll see it firsthand through direct customer engagement and real-time operational feedback. Our vertically integrated environment enables fast decision-making, practical solutions, and continuous learning across teams. You'll be part of a collaborative culture that values responsiveness, accountability, and innovation, where your contributions directly influence product reliability and customer satisfaction. It's an ideal role for engineers who thrive on solving real-world problems, enjoy working with people, and want to make a tangible impact on aircraft in service every day.
Note: The primary difference between job levels is tied to skill level, complexity of the problem solving, and years of experience. Job assignments will be based on experience, job opening and budget availability, and the performance level of the incumbent.
