Test Lead

Test Lead for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop, execute and maintain software testing, test plans based on project requirements, manual and automated test cases, features, enhancements, bug fixes, queries, test scripts, pipelines. Review testing phases, environments, defects, platform changes, sprints, backlog grooming, test strategies and coverage, QA, code, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, scope, objectives, resources, risks, dependencies, mitigation, test artifacts, reusability, builds, test data, data flow, messaging, backend services, SOA, components, root causes, data validation. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders, perform regression, functional, unit, integration, system testing. Create test documentation, quality metrics. Identify software problems, satisfy client/user needs, recommend systems modifications. Use SDLC, ALM, Jira, qTest, Selenium, Agile, XML, SOAP UI, MQ, WSDL, TestNG, Swagger, Junit, CI/CD, Jenkins, Postman, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, REST, Oracle, Eclipse, SQL, SQL Server. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing test plans, test cases, queries, scripts; reviewing defects, test strategies, data validation, quality; performing regression, functional, integration, system testing; using SDLC, Selenium, Agile, SOAP UI, Swagger, Postman, SQL, SQL Server. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.

$140,526 to $140,550/yr.
