Network Technician

Do you have experience in Windows?, We are seeking an L2 Network Technician with experience in Smart Hands support, asset management, and network hardware installation in office, lab, and data center environments. The candidate will support Layer 1 physical networking tasks including rack & stack, cabling, hardware installation, inventory management, device labeling, and ServiceNow ticket support.

Responsibilities include receiving and validating hardware shipments, maintaining asset records, assisting with incident and service request support, cable management, hardware replacement, and supporting remote L2/L3 teams. Candidates should have hands-on experience with copper/fiber cabling, network equipment installation, and data center operations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of networking or data center support experience
• Experience with rack & stack, patching, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift 35 lbs., work on ladders, and travel between buildings
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of structured cabling, VLANs, wireless hardware, Ethernet switches, and cable testing tools.
