Job description
The HRIS Analyst supports and enhances Forefront's HR technology ecosystem within a centralized HR Shared Services model. This role manages configuration, administration, reporting, and day-to-day system support across ADP Workforce Now while also contributing to the planning, design, and future implementation of Workday. The HRIS Analyst builds strong cross-functional relationships with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to ensure accurate data, smooth processes, and a positive, connected employee experience. Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize HR systems (ADP WFN now; Workday in the future), including workflows, security, rules, and core data.
- Perform regular audits, troubleshoot issues, and partner cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, clean integrations, and compliant processes.
- Partner with HR Data & Analytics team to build, maintain, and automate KPI dashboards and recurring reports for HR, Finance, and business leadership; translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Support system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and testing activities, ensuring strong collaboration across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
- Deliver end-user support through documentation, training, and friendly guidance to enhance system adoption and usability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve automation, and support emerging HR technology initiatives, including AI-enabled reporting and analytics.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, 3+ years of HRIS experience required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Workday required; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and HR technology expertise, with a proven ability to support HRIS projects and implementations, optimize workflows, and apply a solid understanding of HR processes, HRIS administration, and best practices to enhance user experience and service delivery.
- Background supporting HR, Payroll, or Benefits processes in a shared services or centralized model is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights; proficiency in Excel required; proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable working across HR, Finance, IT, and operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to confidentiality and accurate handling of sensitive information.

For this position, the base pay range is $80,000-$100,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications or training.
