  • Own and manage enterprise networking (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless) supporting both on-prem and Azure connectivity
  • Manage FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and secure hybrid connectivity
  • Lead troubleshooting and recovery for critical infrastructure, cloud, identity, and network incidents
  • Maintain infrastructure and cloud security, patching, monitoring, and documentation
  • Act as a senior escalation point and provide technical leadership across infrastructure and cloud projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in virtualization, BC/DR, and backup/recovery
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, and identity services
  • Proven experience with FortiGate firewalls, wireless, VPNs, and enterprise networking
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and disaster recovery principles
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience with FortiGate security features, such as SD-WAN
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, including hybrid identity or hybrid networking scenarios
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging platforms for proactive alerting and root cause analysis
  • Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell or similar tools to improve infrastructure operations and consistency
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus, such as:
  • Fortinet (NSE or equivalent)
  • Microsoft (Windows Server Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator)
